This day-long summit is designed to provide a strategic look at how burnout, employment uncertainty with AI, and shifting employee and employer expectations are reshaping engagement—and what leaders must do to sustain performance. With nine impactful sessions, including keynotes and breakouts, you’ll gain the tools to move your organization and workforce efforts forward with confidence.

Other Details:
Parking: NEW THIS YEAR! Parking in the Steel District parking ramp will be covered for attendees of the WIN in Workforce Summit. Easy, convenient, and no waiting in line to pay! Any street parking around the Steel District is managed by the City of Sioux Falls and will require payment.
SHRM and HRCI Credits: Sessions at the WIN in Workforce Summit are eligible for six SHRM and HRCI recertification credits. The Sioux Falls Development Foundation is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
