Join us for a groundbreaking with Christensen Development as we celebrate the start of construction for The Switchyard in downtown Sioux Falls.
The Switchyard is a multi-phase, mixed-use development that will include a five-story, more than 60,000-square-foot office building and two residential buildings (totaling approximately 270 residential units) and a parking garage. Running along the east side of the development will be an extension of the Sioux Falls bike trail. Construction of the first phase of the project (the office building) is slated to begin late fall 2026.
Parking information: Please park in the gravel parking lot east of the 8th & Railroad Center.
