Join us for a groundbreaking with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sioux Falls as they celebrate the start of construction on their Cliffview Heights affordable housing development!
The project consists of eight twin-homes, creating 16 owner-occupied residential units for income-qualified households. Each home will have a functional floor plan with a full basement, providing additional living and storage space.
The site is located off of N. Cliff Ave. on the southeast corner of Amidon St. and E. 31st Street N.
Parking & Directions: Attendees should enter from E. 31st Street N. and follow event signage to the designated parking area adjacent to the project site. Overflow parking will be available along designated streets near the development. Please wear comfortable shoes, as there will be a short walk from the parking area to the ceremony location on the construction site.
Event volunteers will be available to direct guests upon arrival.
