Project Coordinator for Talent & Workforce Development

Long time public policy administrator and executive assistant at Midco, Sharman joined the staff of the Sioux Falls Development Foundation as an administrative assistant and project support associate in April 2018. She is the main point of contact for the Development Foundation, handling telephone inquiries and assisting with Foundation projects and events.

Sharman pursued a business education at Northwest College of Commerce and Colorado Technical University, in addition to continuing her education through numerous job-related training opportunities. Before working with senior executives at Midco, Sharman was an executive assistant and human resources coordinator at Northwestern Energy in Huron.
