Talent Recruitment Coordinator

Riley Johnson is the Talent Recruitment Coordinator for the Sioux Falls Development Foundation. In her role, she connects students with internships in Sioux Falls to help meet the city’s increasing employment demand.

Riley was born and raised in Sioux Falls, attended Lincoln High School, and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, with majors in Business Management with an Entrepreneurial emphasis, and a Hospitality, Restaurants, and Tourism Management minor.

When she’s not helping students find internships and helping businesses find interns, Riley enjoys spending her time with family and friends by staying active, shopping locally, attending festivals and events, and trying new restaurants in Sioux Falls. With 10 countries stamped on her passport, she’s also an avid traveler.
