Michelle Erpenbach – Sioux Falls Thrive

Michelle Erpenbach is president of Sioux Falls Thrive, the cradle to career workforce development partner founded in 2017 by the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, Sioux Falls Development Foundation, Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation, and the Sioux Empire United Way. Thrive action teams bring together a broad range of organizations and volunteers to collaborate in tackling the difficult issues of food insecurity, out-of-school time, and affordable housing. Michelle is a long-time community advocate and communications professional who served two terms on the Sioux Falls City Council.

 


Jennifer Hoesing

Jennifer Smith Hoesing – Dakotabilities

Jennifer Smith Hoesing serves as Director of Development at Dakotabilities. She is a passionate convener who matches individuals and organizations with opportunities, an enthusiastic innovator who brings projects from vision to reality, and a strategic collaborator who invests in relationships to creatively meet community needs. Her work motivates sustainable success, fostering operational excellence while advancing the highest aspirations of mission, vision, and values. 

She is a proud native of Marcus, Iowa and holds B.A. in Music from Luther College, a M.A. in Arts Administration from Florida State University. She holds a Certified Fundraising Manager Certification from the University of Indiana Lilly School of Philanthropy, is a graduate of South Dakota Ag and Rural Leadership Class X, the inaugural South Dakota Capacity Building cohort, and has been accepted to Leadership Sioux Falls Class 36.  She has been active in music ministry throughout the pandemic with her church, First Lutheran, serves as Downtown Rotary Engagement Committee chair and a Chamber Diplomat, and is serving as a committee member for Immunize SD.


Stacy Wrightsman

Stacy Wrightsman – Sanford Health

Stacy Wrightsman works in the Community Relations Department at Sanford Health in Sioux Falls. In her role as Senior Director, she help to shape strategy and overall goals while connecting with community members on the events happening within the Sanford Health organization and shares the benefits of the health system to our Region.

Stacy enjoys speaking to groups, large and small and also takes time to listen to her stakeholders and what they have for questions, curiosities, or concerns about their health care in their town or nearby community.  She has the great opportunity to interface with her community through involvement in several non-profit organizations, such as the Brandon Community Foundation, the Levitt Shell Sioux Falls, Sales and Marketing Executives, and our Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce to name a few.

In Stacy’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family taking in local attractions like the zoo, Sculpture Walk or visiting the many parks around the area. She stays active outdoors playing with her kids or lacing up her sneakers to break a sweat walking on the highway and trails in the area.

Stacy calls the town of Brandon her home, and resides there with Dan, her husband, her sons, Gavin and Nolan and her almost 14 year old Golden Retriever, Bullhead.

Karla Santi is CEO and founding partner at Blend Interactive, a firm that guides teams through complicated web and content problems. She is an active member of our business community, currently serving on the board of directors for Startup Sioux Falls, where she aims to meet the changing needs of the entrepreneurial community. Karla also has served on the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Chamber’s Business Leadership Council. An active mentor in our community, Karla strives to encourage young women to explore STEM programs and pursue careers in technology.
